What people see

Awhile ago I went on an experimental digital photography workshop. One of the images I took was a kaleidoscope image which I then heavily photoshopped. The end product is what you see below 20140531-143105-52265322.jpg

I then put the image on my Facebook page & gained some interest from people asking what it actually was. Instead of telling them, I asked for their opinions. I never actually let on what is was as I loved the ideas that people gave to me. They were things like a spider’s web, an x-Ray of someone’s chest, aliens, broken ice, a rose, a dress with a bodice, tree roots & a MacIntosh style flower. I found it really interesting to see how different people viewed one image and how the imagination works. To this day, I have left the image untitled so it is more open to interpretation.

What can you see in the image?
